Turn The Tables

Many may say, “The Lord is mine
Eternal life’s my goal
I go to church, take bread and wine
Through Jesus’ blood I’m whole”

Though festering filth, we feel inside
Demonic sources swell
We yet deny we’re Satan’s bride
Who’ll walk with him to hell

We still believe salvation’s ours
In Christ we’re flying high
Living deceived in ivory towers
Until the day we die

But God detests our lives this way
He seeks break hell’s chain
He hates it when we children stray
And wants us back again

But only with our hearts contrite!
Repenting wayward sin
Earnestly seeking Truth & Light
Who’ll stand in Christ and win

Who’ll seek Him as our Lord and King
Accept Him as our God
Submit true love when praise we sing
Beneath His chastening Rod

Allow no treasure in between
Embrace His Faithful Scourge
Permit His Light our house to clean
His Holy Flame to purge

Allow Him turn hell’s table now!
Renounce our life of shame
As Jesus’ servants freely bow
Receive His brand new name
