"Twin Lillies And The Buttercup Poet" Poem by Jeremy May

"Twin Lillies And The Buttercup Poet"

Of the two I can not chose
i found a dream I fear to lose
drank my love like a boose
i fear to find a love to loose

damn the pain that hides my shame
come unto me, quit this game
I do not know your bessed name
I run, I walk, I stand and gauwk
won't you tell me......what is your name

lonlyness is a worn out street
paithed with idle hands and torn up sheets
paper and love and solome vows
I said i do, yet know not how.

to young, to long to sing the song
a poets dream of lovly things.
with or with out, out through your in
i see a little angel fighting again.
