Twinkle Little Stars - Poem by Bill Simmons

As I look through my window I can see
The reflections of our Christmas tree
Locked in mind and in time and constantly reminds
Of what was and what is and is to be

The Christmas lights they flicker bright
As they twinkle brightly through the night
Reflections of what is love for all the world to see
Reminding us what is love and how should be

Twinkle little lights glowing bright
Guide the children’s dreams as they sleep tonight
And may the world know it when it looks upon your glow
What is love the reflections of may the world it know

Christmas tree I see in the night shining bright
A reminder of all the good things in our lives that is right
A reflection of all the good things that is and is to be
The reflection of love glowing brightly Christmas tree

Twinkle little lights like little stars glowing bright
Guide the children’s dreams as they dream tonight
And may the world know it when it looks upon your glow
What is love the reflections of may the world it know.
