Two Of A Kind
across the dunes of time
roamed this lonely heart alone
mystified by mirages of love
then on the horizon I saw
another heart as lonely as mine
through the sand storm
I fought to reach it
but the trek wasn't worth it
for it rejected mine
saying it was the wrong kind!
but...but...I thought
loneliness was one of a kind...
