The williwaw swept away
The two flags of willow
Carried one leaflet
Puffed across the barren land
The jumpy leaflet
trembled in the tempest
Huffed and puffed around
In the blusterof the wind
The weeping willow leaflet
Soaring all alone
By the billowing wind
Crashed down at last
In the trough.
Carried another flag
Beyond the plains
Across the fields
The flurry of willow
Whirled through the wind
Well poised and composed
Hovered around in the air
Floated gently at ease
Landed in the bird ‘s nest
Enjoying the tranquility at rest!
