U.S. History Of War Poem by Courtney Gehres

U.S. History Of War

Bombs, bursting in air, tremble of the ground,
Screams of lost, screams of victory.
A nation created, a nation torn apart
Hearts of men bleeding to start a nation,
Brave souls saving this country from utter destruction.
Generals lost on the green grass,
Presidents lost by a lucky shot,
Guns shootings, swords clanging.
