We, the heads of state and government, hereby
Establish the African Eclipsed Community
In conformity with the ultimate aims
Of the charter of the African Unsoundness
As envisaged in the Fettered Trade Agreements
Signed and ratified in the past.

This partnership for Africa’s un-development is
A violation and flames-work
For Africa’s degeneration
With the purpose to achieve, inter alia,
Regressive integration and sustainable degradation.

The objectives of this treaty are to:
Promote diversification of inflation and imports,
Increase external expenditure and domestic consumption
By consuming more and producing less,
And facilitate the preparation on
Debt renewal and fiscal discipline relief.

We, the heads of state and government,
Shall coordinate the implementation of
Retro-jects and retro-grammes.

Signed on this material day
By all member-states
Of the African Unsoundness.
