Un-Forgiveness Poem by Tom Zart

Un-Forgiveness

Do you still struggle with fear and un-forgiveness
Of any who have wronged or hurt you?
True forgiveness is more than just a feeling
It's an action we must preach, live and pursue.

The main reason we suffer from our failure to forgive
Is a simple matter called human self-pride.
Christ forgave those who nailed Him to the cross
Where He was beaten, crucified, and died.

When you have been hurt plead for deliverance
To guide you in all you think, do and say.
Forgive your offenders and forgive yourself
As to God All Mighty you confess and pray.
