Unbetrayed Love Poem by Afnan Elmhlawy

Unbetrayed Love

They say, 'when the crow loses his wife, he never looks for another.'
Is it love, loyalty or deep sadness? the answer is pretty simple, once the heart loves faithfully, it can never be a stab of betrayal.

It is really beautiful to grasp your heart well, to feel it, to fight for it and to believe in it.
You are never in fault to seek a heart of gold but it needs deep search as the world is full of fake gold that is sorely bare in value, too cheap to keep in cases.

A home of hearts is the only warmth you strive to hold, a home that never knows fear or worry and in the face of ordeals, these warm hearts keep each other in shields against the gale hitting outside.

A dream we seek and perceive in vision, and in imagination we build towers waiting for a moment when everything comes true to hold our gazed forever.

Gestures we hide as we are deeply afraid of our feelings being discovered, as the shock of discovery is really painful and hurts whenever the memory returns.

My hands are wide open but alas my heart is still closed but i am never weary or tired, i am all patience, i am all waiting for a door to open to let me in and respite.
