Each time I think about the times that we have shared together,
Sighs cuddle me just like a mother.

I know that I should reach out to you,
But like the dew, my drops are few.

I think about you and whisper a word of prayer for you,
I wish I could always get I touch,
But wishes do not always grant that much.

When I have the time,
I don't have the means,
When I have the means,
I don't have the time.

I sigh when I remember the tough times we had,
I smile when I remember the good times,
I cry knowing that some of you are gone leaving the memories.

You may think that I don't have you in mind,
I do,
And as words remain spoken,
Your thoughts in my heart is forever unbroken
