Unclean - Poem by Bianca Whinfield

Unclean, unclean
I am unclean
In the light of His Word
I am beheld and seen

A light shone on my weaknesses and sin
The realization of it all, weighs deep within

But thank God for Jesus and His gift of life
I have a way out and didn’t have to pay the price

Washed in His blood
My sin taken away
Cleansed by His power
To the devil’s dismay

Unclean, unclean
No longer unclean
I can now proudly stand, beheld and seen
