Deep down the dungeons of my heart
There lie feelings dormant and dead,
Those which I dread to nurture so far
Lest later they don’t drown me in depths of regret.
It hurts my conscience to make the confession
That my heart doesn’t feel the smile I smile,
There seems a void in my life’s perfection
And I feel stranded in this world so agile.
My heart aches and longs for love
The kind that would penetrate my soul,
Demolishing all barriers I have built around me
And encapsulate my heart in its hold.
I delve and dwell through dusk and dawn
Await eagerly as each day turns,
To that unconditional love my heart beckons
To seep into my heart and forever stay on…
one thing i can say the guy for whom you will someday fall for will the luckiest person around....
