It’s just you and me sitting
Under this luminous tree.
I’m in your arms and you’re holding me tight,
Never letting go of this beautiful night.

I look into your eyes trying to figure
Out what to say next,
Thinking of which sentence would be best.
I open my mouth but the words won’t come out,
My throat dries up and I’m left with just a stare

Finally, the time is right but I don’t know what to do,
But here you come to sweep me off my feet
As if there’s no other feeling left in you.
We’re under the Milky Way tonight
It’s just you and me,
Oh, what a beautiful sight.
