Unforgotten Love Poem by Alexander Foald

Unforgotten Love

Unforgotten love,
Forgive me with your pleasure
Despise me with your heart
Love me with your hatred
But don’t leave me faithless

Unforgotten love,
Your smile is still hanging above
I cannot see what’s ahead of me
But I know that you’ll be there

Dream of me when you asleep
Caress me with your warm hands
Make me feel like when I was born
The day I found a light in the dark

Unforgotten love, unimaginable one
The only person in my heart, woman of mine
As beautiful as a flower that insults the sun
You have the power to make me so blind

So come running with me, to the sky above
Where the angels dance and the moon sings love
We’ll grab each other’s hands, exploring our minds
And we’ll never be separated, for the rest of our lives
