Unfortunate Timing Poem by Eros Midas

Unfortunate Timing

UnFortunate timing

We crossed paths at the wrong time,
Our hearts in different places,
And though we felt a love divine,
It was a love that left traces.

We shared a moment, brief and sweet,
A glimpse of what could be,
But fate was not content to meet,
And left us with a memory.

For though we felt a spark ignite,
And dreamed of what could come,
The timing was not quite right,
And our love was left undone.

And though we may have felt the pain,
Of a love that could not be,
We can take solace in the gain,
Of a moment that set us free.

For though we may have crossed paths wrong,
And our love was left to chance,
We can still hold onto the song,
Of a love that made us dance.
