Unheard Scream Poem by Virginia Cairns

Unheard Scream

A gift was given or should I say taken
Heart pounding body shaking
It happened so fast
I wish this woud pass

Picked up off the street
That's when I was beat
Screaming for help
UNHEARD SCREAM

No one can hear
Cause no one is near
I should not be here
I should be in the sand

Waving at the ocean with one hand
Instead I am here
Crying these tears
UNHEARD SCREAM

Before you start commenting, please know that I did NOT write this. A good friend of mine wrote this. Her name is Rebecca. This is her first poem and I loved it so much when I read it that I had to post it for you to read. Please comment so I can prove to her that she is an excellent writer. Thank you so much
