This is the winter
of my discontent
There is no going forward
nor going back
I am in the void
This void of that
which has become my life.
I have no food
for which to feed my voice
I have no soft place
for which to lay my head
Are there no stars
that shine for me?
All I see is darkness
Darkness is what I see.
The moon casts not
her lovely shadows upon me
The sun rises and falls
Rises and falls...
Rises and falls...
In complete oblivion
to the many hardships
that have befallen me.
Why has God made me suffer so
To have this discontentment rule my life
Is it so that I can listen to the Universe
So that the Universe will become my voice
I think that is his reason
Ans so that when I start to listen
There will be a change in my season.
