The tears ran down from my eyes,
as we said our goodbyes.
Is this for good? Who knows?
Only time can tell.
but never in my life did i think you were right.
Until the day an acquaintance enlightened me,
then realizing i was wrong from the start.
All this time,
It was I,
whom broken my own heart.
Believing lies from others,
instead of the truth from you.
and as of now everything is at stake,
knowing that i made a huge mistake.
One that can't be forgiven,
or taken back in an instant.
So here i sit letting the time pass,
to take away the pain,
while hoping you will return someday,
and forgive me for my mistake.
My misunderstanding.
