Unreal Life Poem by Subhashis Pattadar

When I thought I had wings
And I felt as if I could fly,
I did not know it was a dream,
With dawn which had to die.

When you smiled at me,
Ands everywhere I could see you,
I never understood that
In my life, nothing was true.

It is an unreal life I am living,
All is just but a dream.
No matter how much true
And real it might seem.

Everything that I have done,
Every word that I have said,
Does not matter any more.
Along with the night, it will fade.
