Untitled Poem by Derrick Andrews

Untitled

I am the boxer with broken arms,
I am the priest with psuedo-charms,
I am the psychic with no insight,
I am the sun when day is night.
I am the eyeless man who cried,
I am the anguish of those who died.
I am the deaf man, singing aloud,
I am alone amongst the crowd.
I am the singer whose voice is muted,
I am the evil your God refuted.
I am the genius without a head,
I am the living among the dead,
I am a castaway, lost at birth,
I am the cancer of the earth.
I am the god that chooses hell,
I am the betrayal on which you dwell.
I am the stain of hate and vain,
I am the cause of global pain.
I am the sin of saintly men,
I am the fox that left the den.
I am the rich that poses poor,
Mankind is a sickness, I am the cure.
