How lamentable is my Lord's passion story now retold!
the greatest love story now being made out as a mockery to illustrate
the vain glory one has longed for or for oneself's pride to behold
May my heart be broken before i attempt to contemplate
On the most glorious Love and Death of my Savior for anything but love
leave me out of this treacherous scheme, but do allow me to mourn
for little while the love and sacrifice He had to die to give all to me.
