Untitled Poem by Michelle A. Thomas

Untitled

I minded the moon at midnight,
dangling in my distant past.
Tormenting fate with impatience,
imagining this can't last.
Thoughts confined in madness,
emotions whirling in insanity,
subscribing to my lunacy,
simply for my vanity.
