Untitled Poem by carolyn oclaire

Untitled

I was so sweet and naive
Before you set eyes on me.

Sweet 16
I was still a little girl

But not in your eyes and
Not in your world.

So pure and flawless
But you had to have
A piece of this.

I grown man that you were.
Just wanting nothing but pleasure.

I didn't know any better
But I found out the hard way
When I read that letter

What is it that you wanted from me?
Was it what was between my thighs
Did the fact that i was so pure
Did it make your nature rise.

If i would have know
What i know now then
I would have cut it off
When you wanted to be more then friends.

COMMENTS OF THE POEM

You tell an all-too common story in blunt, simple language that makes the emotion all that more intense. Nice read, L&T
