Christina Albizu

Untitled - Poem by Christina Albizu

the cold breeze
tickles my spine

the soft sun
warms my soul

your soft touch
gives me goosebumps

the tears from my eyes
saddens your heart

you try to make it better
but you dont know how

your afraid to speak
so you silence yourself

the silence fails
to help me

i need your soothing words
your caressing touch

save me from drowing
help chase away my lonesome

be the hero i see in you
the one i've grown to love so much.
