miracle of genetics,
pooled by a heritage
fooled by the fables
seek revelation,
in knowledge of faith,
plagued by mortaity
live in a culture,
nurtred by nature
culled by fate
flying at windows of physics
hurting our wings
flirt with Sol's
Promethean gift
get stuck
in the pudding
of a cooling cosmos
stoke the fires
of dying embers
and second chances
