Our love is an uphill battle
One I do not intend to lose
Thought the journey may be long
I am willing to make this work

I push in one direction
You pull in the other
I try to talk it out
But all you want to do is holler

This relationship’s a constant battle
It’s is one I shall not lose
Thought the battle may be bloody
It shall not faze me a bit

You may be frustrated
But I know that you love me
I see it in your eyes when you look at me
But I will not lose this battle!

Because I love you too.
