Upon The Winds That Brown Leaves Blow Poem by Jack Turner

Upon The Winds That Brown Leaves Blow

Rating: 5.0

Upon the winds that brown leaves blow
My love is sent and it shall go;
My heart and kisses, wrapped in a silver hue
Make their way upon the breeze to you;
On every zephyr cool and fast
My love is sent and it shall last.

Dancing like the lively lambs in Spring
I send my love on every sparkling wind.
As it blows the Autumn leaves
I send my heart upon the breeze;
So, when you hear the whistling winds,
A fairy voice that laughs and sings –
Please know:
Upon this wind I send my love
And on every wind that blows!
