Urban City-Streets Poem by Hans Raj Sharma

Urban City-Streets

Needs a new lease of life to living beings-
Fauna and flora, sea life, birds and animals
Available natural-life feeling insecure.

Green pasture swinging between health-trends
Animal rights and eco-activists
Passionate vegans, advocating plant-based diet
Delicious detox through awareness events
And outreach programmes-
The animal lovers having been more active
Talking about their divine-rich experiences
Just, good ones making a mark in civil-society.

A thing or two from the art of jungle-
Cutting from life tales of the living beings
Commanding and controlling the breaths
Promoting relaxation reducing anxiety
Loveliness is as good, as the bad is bad.

Some have it, others are not that lucky-
Wild-life in away to ameliorate its plight
Now rushing into human urban city-streets.
