Value Range Poem by jae rush

Value Range

Rating: 5.0

There gets a point in life where being broke is too much.
Coppering up is a bore.
The fridge is never full.
Branded products are a luxury.
Green and white labels are all you see.
Value range.
You convince yourself its not so bad.
You drink cider so rank you peg your nose.
It makes it better.
Until you wake up the next morning.
Eyeing up your value bacon.
Popping your value pills.
Green and white, no delight.
Wanting prospects,
Wanting hope,
Waiting for colour.
