Varieties Of Knowledge Poem by Procyon Mukherjee

Varieties Of Knowledge

From Numbers, words and spaces,
reviled in disfigured charts
Wisdom picked its worth
like in a befitting purpose
But usefulness counts in foolery of sorts

I opened the closed book and
peeped the macro
Of short accounts and long,
And usefulness of reason,
Values outlined action or avoidance

Why something is done, or not
The essence of failure is all over
But success will find its course
From a willing boat that must carry
One and all

There is no reason needed
To make an improvement
Or the lack of reason.
To make an effort
Payoff from reason over-rides.
