Deep within the heart, hatred lies,
A seed of anger and bitter lies,
It festers and grows, unseen and sly,
Until one day, it reveals its ugly guise.
It twists and turns, a venomous snake,
A poison that only seeks to take,
It spreads its venom, with every breath,
Until there's nothing left, but pain and death.
Oh, how it burns, this fiery hate,
Consuming all, it can't abate,
It blinds the eyes, and dulls the mind,
Leaving nothing but darkness behind.
So beware, dear friend, of hatred's call,
For once it grips, it won't let go at all,
It festers deep, within the heart,
Until one day, it tears us apart.
