Victim Poem by Naomi (fellowtuber123) Hamilton

Victim

Stay by my side,
Don't leave me alone.
I am a target,
Walking meat on bones.

They'll pinpoint me,
You can bet on that.
Rip me up, tear apart,
Beat me down flat.

I need some protection,
Some shade from the heat.
Pulse is rising,
For the up coming beat.

Mind is racing,
Heart in throat.
Body's numb,
I sink, used to float.

I scream as they punch, kick and bruise my weak body,
No one stepping up to help as I curl up into a ball.
Head's pounding, can't think straight,
The enemy, my enemy, is standing up tall.

The weak link in the chain,
The weakest of them all.
Lies here on the ground,
Was there to take the fall.

There to take the beatings,
The ones that kept repeating.
The teardropp in the eye of life,
Chopped into bits with the sharpest knife.
