Victim
In the silence of the night,
I scream your name.
You look up,
Your face is bruised and bloody.
He did this to you, didn't he?
I want to pull you close,
'Its okay baby'.
You won't look at me.
You say it's my fault.
Blame everything on me.
I want you to be safe, with ne.
We both know that will never happen.
You will never be safe with me,
As long as he's around,
You'll always be his victim.
