Wish 11: 11 Poem by Sarah Riley

Wish 11: 11

I walk through the endless space
But it gets harder with each step
I fall to my knees.
A man walks up to me,
He pulls me up, and looks in my eyes,
'Don't you remember,
What you wished for every single day.
For six months.'
I look at him, 'I want out.'
He just laughs and says,
'You're stuck here, Madame,
For don't you remember what you wanted? '
As I look confused, he said,
'You wished every day,
To suffer so Brady would be happy
Six months of wishing,
Welcome to six months of suffering.'
