A ray of light
seeping through the window
stood on the floor
bewildered-
as if it forgot
the things to say which
it came all the way.

Great use of personification. It is very common for a man to forget certain things (like you open the refrigerator and forget what you came looking for) but 'A ray of light' forgetting? Unbelievable. Thanks, Parameswaran.
