Visitors Of The Night Poem by Okoemu Okoemu Okoemu

Visitors Of The Night

Peaceful and calm is the night,
Beautify by the moon and stars in the galaxy,
Cool breeze from the trees and natures around,
On the walk way, a car is parked,
Ignition is on, head light is,
Then I saw him so fast, holding death
Hiding it, and dash into the vehicle
And then, it zoomed off,

Tears in Her eyes,
Laboured all days,
Without a play,
Never want to be lazy,
For that will be crazy,
Because no one cares.
Her heart beating so fast,
Standing so worried,
Looking at the direction,
As her day earns zoomed with the car,
Helpless!

This world has lost it senses,
Where gone the days,
When without fear of any sort,
Man walked freely in the land of His birth?
Even, up till the heart and beyond of the night!
And the woman sells in her shop till the same or more time,
These visitors, who are they?
What stuffs are they made off?
Who is their creator?
Where is their home?
These visitors of shameful profession,
Occupation and vocation,
Who is your father?
Don't you have a conscience?

Bringer of tears,
Trade markers of sorrows
Stealers of all that is for another,
Have feelings,
Won't you beg, if you have none?
See the tv all day, the gory end of the captured visitors
Yet, they are still doing it.
What is your heart made of?
Law, why watching?
God please stop them all.
