A hole,
A dark, empty place.
Alone,
A suffocating space.

Stuck in this pit,
Scared and shaken.
I'm fighting the feeling,
Of lost and forsaken.

Lonely in the dark,
My demons whisper.
I try to quiet them,
But my mind becomes twister.

An ache inside,
Grows more and more.
Pushing me down,
Till I'm on the floor.

The cold ground,
My only companion.
This place is a ditch,
But it feels like a canyon.

Vast and vacant,
As my internal cavity.
Do you sense,
My situation's gravity?

I'm screaming,
But you can't hear me.
I'm breaking,
But you can't feel me.

What will it take,
For you to see me?
