Wait Poem by Maguna Lokark

Wait

Rating: 5.0

A mass springs to life
But it must be kept inmate
As the time isn't ripe, the time isn't right
Thus, it must wait.

We stake our lives at this
Gamble of love and hate
But the person isn't right
Thus, we must wait.

Memories are created
But the future we anticipate
Thus, yet to be remembered,
Lessons of the past and love of the present must wait.

We achieve and regret
We destroy and create
Yet, discontent on the deathbed,
We wait and wait and wait.
