Waiting For You. Poem by Drack Valentine

Waiting For You.

You're probably asleep,
A rest you deserve.
Another day's over,
Another night's earned.

I wish I was there
To hold you tight,
Gazing at you
Till morning light.

Hopefully, not long
In a nightmare trapped,
You'll see true love
After you've escaped.

I am waiting for you
To start a new day,
With you forever,
Till our last days.

I wish you good night,
And don't forget the good things,
For my greatest love,
You are in my dreams.

I Love You Forever,
Monique. ❤️
