As I waited for the moon to smile
And the stars to dance
As I waited for the sea to calm
And the candles glow
I turned around for you.

As the darkness spread
and the night gloomed
As the city slept in their cozy rooms
I turned around for you.

I miss those nights of warm hugs
Tender kisses and caressing touch
Just to say you are always there

I still wait for the moon and the stars
The night and the sea
And turn around for you.
You walked ahead with time
You lived a joyful life
Never turned around for me
But I wish to tell you

I’m still waiting...
Waiting only for you…
