Waiting Part 3 Poem by alex manson

Waiting Part 3

you can't save me
light forbids life
you see i still hold the bloody knife.
blame it on pride
blame, blame, blame it on blame
i exploded from the inside
i have a pocket full of flames.
i ran away from it all
from light, from the same of everyday
leaving it behind, watching like a fly on the wall
so swat me, end this, look at that grey.
they cast me out of the light
they cast me out of darkness
who's right
to send me to this lonliness?
now it's just grey
no black, no white
no more nights, no more days
no darkness, no light.
i'm still waiting
to talk to you, even now that you're dead
i am fading
and the moon frowns down on this head...
