Walk Around Poem by reina Lorenzo

Walk Around

10/14/03
Woderin’, what it feels to be free
I’ve been tyin’ to freshen my mind but
I was wrapped to thick and tight
Air that I’m breathin’
So old, so poisonous
I turned around to change my sight
But I’m stuck.

I walked around, hoping that something will change
I walked around, for another shape
I walked, but nothing’s new.

Wonderin’ how it feels to meet somebody
To touch others skin
How to smile showing my gum
To walk with others shadow
Wanna have someone to care and to keep my life nice outside.

I walked around waiting
Wonderin’ how it feels to be free
I walked forever
But nothing is nothing.
