Walking On Clouds

Rating: 4.0

Is someone there who truly cares?
Is Jesus Christ then real?
If I should kneel say now my prayers
Would God know how I feel?

How strange I felt within my bed
Though nothing was in sight
Yet was it clouds beneath my head?
On which I’d spent the night?

But then I thought how could my feet
Have walked upon the sky?
Until I saw ’twas just a sheet
The kind most people buy

A dream! I thought to understand
My mind was set at rest
But who was he who held my hand?
And why do I feel blessed?

It was; no dream, I saw it all
Twas Christ with me up there
God came to me He’d heard my call
We talked about my prayer

“This vision child to you I give
My hand you truly feel
Go tell the world you know I live
The One who died is real

Declare these things you now have seen
The truth of Christ God’s Son
The treasure for my righteous queen
When all on earth is done”

That vision now I share in love
Our Triune God is true
Though if or not I walked above
I leave that up to you?

Amen I walk with Christ and fear of losing him all the time but as humans, we go our own ways sometimes
