Walking On Eggshells Poem by Hayden Baker

Walking On Eggshells

I let you out.
You made me caged.
You had friends.
I couldn't say the same.
I was lonely.
I was afraid.
Walking on eggshells.
Hiding my pain.
I was lost but now I'm found.
Never again will you let me drown.
