Was it a mistake when i asked again?
Was it a mistake letting you win?
Was it a mistake when you said you loved me?
Was it a mistake when you said we'd always be?

It must have been some sort of typo
On the novel of my life,
'Cause before this chapter,
i never endured this kind of strife.

I try to live with no regrets
But i can't help but fret.
Always wondering if we
Were meant to be.
