Mistaking wasabi for mint chutney
Looked inviting like sherbert in a dish
Desperate screams articulated by me
From sink or fish tank water was my wish
Painful fervor drove me to discover
Clear liquid in a crystal glass for two
Belonging to a man once my lover
Grasping, I ignored She who he did woo
She clenched her fists, stood upright on her chair
Our boyfriend gave us each a sheepish smirk
She made a move to grab me by the hair
He wanted to crawl where the squirmies lurk
Just goes to show what can happen to me
When I mistakenly eat wasabi
