I took two steps forward

and three steps back

Fell in the depths of pitch black

But there you stood

Holding me,

Guiding me,

My bright light,

I finally see.

Kissed me on my forehead,

then layed me to rest in the comfort

of your bed.

Held me tight,

All threw the night,

Never had this feeling before, is this alright right?

Washed away the foot prints in the sand,

Walk with me, just take my hand,

Its okay, i'll be with you someday,

I close my eyes, as you kiss me goodbye,

And yet i ask why, and you whispered,

I'll always be with you....right by your side.

Till the very end...my good friend.
