Wasted Poem by Alexander Brown

Wasted

Love is often wasted in the early years of our lives.
2 years wasted, two years done.
2 years never gained back.
We are too young to love, too young to commit.

Love should be saved until it can be fully understood.
Society and movies make it same mandatory and way to good.
You can be wanted without love, and laugh without a lover.
Why start something, only to end it?
Love is a waste,
and love is often wasted.
