Watching Dance Of My Kids Poem by Tulsi Shrestha

Watching Dance Of My Kids

Watching Dance Of My Kids
While watching TV with Little Angel,
Beautiful, my granddaughter
Suddenly my grandson of four years old
Came and started tap dance in dinning floor
He looks so perfect in tapping his school shoes.
He pulled me floor to accompany his steps
While harmonising my steps with this kid
My heart beats and breath raced beyond control
Noticing my uncomfortable physical state
My granddaughter came to floor and requested
To sit down both of us and watch her dance
We both relaxed and observed her movements.
Oh it is really fantastic and amazing!
A girl of six years old, is performing classical dance
Kathak in rhythmical sequence
So perfect without any error in her foot steps
Looks like performance of professional dancer.
Movement and motion of her eyes
Indeed, beyond my perception and expectation.
Display of her incredible skill
Made me and her little brother clappings constantly.
A sense of reverence, I need to pay for
Revered Miss of her school
Who taught and enriched my granddaughter with
Such a wonderful dancing skill.
