I keep watching and waiting and I don’t know why
You’re in still my dreams yet I kissed you goodbye
You’re the first thing I think of
And the last on my mind
I can’t seem to get rid of you
Possibly I am blind?

Still watching and waiting
Wondering why you’re in my dreams
When I kissed you goodbye I didn’t hear screams
When I think I figured it out
You confuse me again
Tell me something diffrent
Which makes me wonder why
Why do I care about you so much
When you hurt me so bad
And I lost all my touch

So here I sit watching and waiting
With my eyes tightly shut
Hoping that the day will arise
When I don’t have to any more
I can open my eyes
Walk into the sunshine with you by my side
